Hello, I have created a Job board section on my website. I need a way for the job board to be connected to a project management system where if one worker finishes a job for a client the next person should be able to pick it up from there for that client. This should be happening concurrently for several hundred clients at the same time. In other words, a kind of assembly line system for hundreds of clients by several workers in different fields.

Do you mean like tasks for a job? All of them are different, but anyone can take them on at any time until they are complete?

I am absolutely confident that Formidable can be used to build any type of application you want provided you design the system correctly. We build highly complex enterprise level applications such as DEX Internets with it.  Task assignment suggests you need to include a workflow engine. If you can design it, it can be built with Formidable.

I followed the Job Board tutorials and I was able to replicate everything. I just want a way for the job applicants to have access to the client's job folder in an organised manner.

We are populating youtube channels for several hundred clients using a 12 part process. Each client has a folder. Each folder should have sub folders that will restrict the next job applicant's access to only the resources they need to work. How can this be done in a most efficient manner using google drive and formidable form?
