Cannot add more actions/notifications

Hello,

I have a problem - after adding around 103 actions/notifications (all of them are about redirecting to different urls) I cannot add any more. When I fill in any new action/notification details and click UPDATE, the new action/notification disappears.

What may be wrong? Is there any limit of actions/notifications that can be added?
