Can't create a new form.

I am working for a client in WordPress 4.9.20. I installed Formidable Forms and activated the plugin. It shows the Contact Us form but it doesn't allow me to create a new blank form or even edit the Contact Us form. Any suggestions or help? Thanks.

Sounds like you don't have the appropriate privileges in WordPress. Is that possible?

I was given the administrator's user and password. That's what intrigued me. Thanks for your comment.

No. It is the lite version.

This sounds like you may have a plugin conflict. Are there any errors in the browser console?
