I am trying to create a DB with FF and am stuck. I have create one dropdown entry (States) and several other fields that I want to populate with info from the DB, dependent on which State is selected. Below is screen shot. How do I make a conditional statement that will select info from the DB, automatically put it in the other fields so I can show a list of all information available. Sorry if this is a noob question. I must have created the wrong type of field to start?? I want the results to show, like a search.
Create a search form using state as the search criteria and display a view with matching records. See this: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/create-custom-search-form/
Thank you, Victor. It helped a little bit but I am still having issues with Views. I have uploaded my CSV as a portion shows below, and have created a view named Resource Data, also shown below. As you can see only two fields are showing, leaving the names and phone # blank, which is opposite of what the video you linked shows, but does not explain. Any idea what Im doing wrong? Thank you, sir.
Mike
Without walking through the process on your site to debug the issue, it's not possible to say what's not working for you. CSV means comma separated value. It's possible the commas in the provider name field could be causing a problem, but I don't know for sure without debugging on your site. Perhaps you should think about hiring a developer to help you out with the diagnostics.
ok, thank you for your insight
