Hello there,
I am new to Formidable Forms and am seeking advice on how to create a complex multi-page form with specific requirements. I hope someone here can guide me through this process or point me to the right resources.
I want to create a form that spans several pages to enh;ance user experience. Each page should gather different sets of information.
Certain questions on each page should only appear based on previous answers. For example; if a user selects Yes to a question on page 1; additional questions should appear on page 2; and so on.
I need the form to send customized email notifications based on user responses. For instance; if a user selects a specific option in one of the fields; an email with tailored content should be sent to them or to a specific department in my organization.
I have started with the basics and have successfully created a simple form. Although; integrating these advanced features is proving to be a bit challenging. Here are some specific questions I have;
What is the best way to set up a multi-page form in Formidable Forms? Are there any tutorials or documentation you recommend?
Also; I have gone through this post: https://formidableforms.com/conditional-logic-wordpress-form-email-notifications which definitely helped me out a lot.
How do I implement conditional logic across multiple pages? Any examples or detailed steps would be highly appreciated.
For dynamic email notifications; is there a way to personalize the email content based on the user;s input? If so; how can I set this up?
Thank you in advance for your help and assistances.
Also, please do not embed blue prism links in regular links to Formidable pages. I'll delete them every time I find them.
If you've scoured through the conditional logic examples in the Formidable Forms knowledgebase then you have all of the knowledge you need. You can hide and how things through conditional logic against other fields and as email conditions.
It sounds like you're having an architectural problem. You'll need to describe that in detail here.
