Hi,   i just got the Pro Version and I would like to create a narrative Text from Checkboxes to create medical reports. I dont want to code, would be great if this was possible with the GUI.

Here is an example: https://befundomat.de/psychopathologischer-befund.html You can click through a lot of options and below there is a copyable text that emerges.  

Is that possible? I couldnt find any documentation on this and didnt manage to make it happen.

Everything you want to do is possible with custom code. This is not native functionality.

Thats too bad! I dont want to use custom code. Just too complicated for me! Do you know of any other formsp plug-in that could do that?

I don't think you'll find any tool that does what you want do of the box. With Formidable, you can build a table of responses and use the checkboxes to pull together a document the way you want, but it cannot be done without some custom code. Good luck with your project.

You could also create a response in your confirmation email.
