Is possibile with formidable form user registration plugin??

Tks for you reply, but i mean new role and not "" depending on what role is chosen in the form."
i mean team leader write the name of new role on blank field

Formidable doesn't create new roles. You can create new roles and capabilities using a plugin like User Role Editor or WordPress functions that you can implement in Formidable frm_after_create_entry and frm_after_update_entry hooks.
