I created an upload form that uploads a file and it is supposed to assign a category. The upload succeeds and all the available category checkboxes are shown on the form, but after submit, the uploaded file has no category in Media Gallery. Any ideas what could be wrong? Running WP 6.1.1 and Formidable Forms Business. We are also running the MCM (Media Content Manager) plugin.

EDIT: On further review, it is creating Formidable entries that do include category, but the posts appear in Media Library  without category. Do I need to post-process the posts to get the category included in Media Library?
