Creating a new account from the front end

We're building a practitioner -<- clients configuration. We would like the practitioner to register on behalf of the client then send them a sign in link with password 
Does any one have an existing config for this?

You have to make sure you capture the client's email when the practitioner enrolls them, then add a send email action to the form to send the login link to the client. Are you registering the client as a WordPress user when the form entry is complete or are you having them register as a WordPress user after they receive the email?
