Credit Card CVC

Hi I wonder if someone can help. We are a hotel and guests book with us directly in advance and send credit card details to secure. This has been using email. I have a created a form however it sends the info except the CVC to the CSV file. How do I get the CVC to show or get written to the CSV attachement? Thanks for the help   Stephen

The Formidable Knowledgebase says: "When collecting credit card information, the CVC code (3-digit code on the back of VISA and MasterCard, and 4-digit code on the front of AMEX) will never be stored." If it's not stored, it can't be included in a CSV export. Besides, if you want to store CC details on your server, the server needs to be PCI compliant. If it's not, I don't know of any competent developer that can help you with this. Hi Thanks for the reply. These details are not stored on the server. I disabled store entries. The only reason we are using this form is that clients are sending us emails with this info and we do not want that, We use this form to recieve the crv file as an attachement and then delete. There is a cvc column its just not being populated. Is there any way to pass this through?

To know the answer about bypassing the credit card field security requires reverse engineering code. Why don't you just create a separate CVC field and save the value there. If you want to get fancy, you can use a hidden field and populate the value with jQuery when it's entered in the credit card field.
