CSS for HTML field

Hi Experts, I would like to format the div id = plan_enddate tag in the HTML field. so that the top margin and padding is 0px.
See attached image.
I tried using Customize CSS and stylesheet but it doesn't format the div tag only but the entire field.
How can I achieve this?

Add a class to the div tag then add the class to the custom css. You can also use inline css in the div tag.
