Hello, I received a customer email saying, "I've been trying to sign up for the institutional trial for your website, but it kicks my email address out saying that it's spam. Could you help me out?" This is the first I'm hearing of this issue after a year using the form.
(On this particular site I'm using the lite version.)

Seems like it's probably a problem with honeypot, but I'm not sure what spam comes with lite.
