Can anyone think of a reason that a deleted form entry would re-appear a few hours after being deleted? I delete it in the admin, can see that it’s not listed anymore, and few hours later it is back. In fact, it triggers all the actions and notifications (emails) all over again as if it were just entered for the first time. I deleted it again, and poof, a few hours later, it’s back. And so on.
 I’ve checked wp-cron logs and events to see if something there could be triggering it but it’s not corresponding to any cron schedules.  
I have some custom snippets but none create entries or act on deleted entries. I’m stumped. Anyone have suggestions about how to track this down?  When is a deleted entry not really deleted?
