Two of your four questions were responded to. The questions in this community forum are answered by folks on a volunteer basis if they know the answer. If you don't get an answer you should ask Formidable Support which is staffed by paid employees.

Rob is correct. This is a volunteer community of peers. This is not the official Strategy 11 Formidable Forms support platform. You must have a current valid license for support to answer your questions.
