Hi All,
Is it possible to embed a form and have this date submitted say on a page turn so this information is still captured even if the main form isn't submitted?

I think you need to read here: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/page-breaks/#kb-autosave-on-page-turn
This will only work when the user is logged in. Custom code would be required for such an event for users who are not logged in.
