Captcha site key errors have nothing to do with Formidable's license key. Did you setup your captcha with its site and secret keys? You site key has an error and doesn't match what your captcha provider gave you.

Thank you for your answer. Site has been active for years and just started receiving the error. Guessing it was a Google Captcha update...not a Formidable update.
