Error Logs (status codes)

I check the Formidable Forms Logs each day to ensure that the custom actions we have on our forms are working properly. When there are errors, I usually see either a 0, 400, or FAIL in the status column. For successes, I usually see 201 or 204.   Is there more information on what these codes mean?
