Is it possible enable the use of the escape key to close the field edit form?

I have no idea what this means. What are you referring to as the field edit form?

When you try to edit a field, there's a form that pops up that allows you to edit the field. To close the form, you have to either click the "x" at the top right, or the "Discard changes" button. It would be nice to be able to just press ESC instead.

There are no popups on the form builder screen as you describe. I still have no idea what popup your talking about. Formidable's form builder doesn't have popups. What are you really doing?
