I need help with detecting already existing data in a form that i am importing a set of values to.

So i have a set of data that is uploaded into Formidable forms. Now when the upload file is updated and should be uploaded, i need formidable forms to flag already existing data from previous upload in order to prevent duplicate. At this point i can have the option of skipping or overwriting the existing data
