I created a form with a dropdown field using Separate Values. I did the changes the tutorial says to do:
It shows that it was sent successfully, but I never receive it. I tried three different email accounts to see if it was a function of the account receiving. Still not receiving.
Are you sure the issues of not receiving the email and using a dropdown with separate values are related? I'm guessing they're not and it's easy to test by using a different form. It would be best if you looked at the notifications troubleshooting section. In my experience, at least recently, it's been either that the From and To addresses are the same or that the from is not in the same domain as the website.
