How can i connect the upload file widget to the wordpress media library, like i dont want to upload the same file again and again

When you use the word "widget" are you referring to the Formidable Pro upload field powered by dropzone.js? If so, Formidable automatically adds uploads to the media library. There's nothing you have to do.
