Hi
I am having issue with formidable where I am not being able to receive any form submits to my email.
Then I found out the issue i guess, which is that formidable is still connected to older domain which is fixfinans.no.

My new domain is bf.no

So I created the whole site in fixfinans domain, including setting up whole formidable forms in fixfinans.no. I bought the pro and connected to fixfinans.no.

Once i completed the whole site in fixfinans.no, I downloaded the whole site and uploaded it to the new domain bf.no

I disconnected the formidable pro from fixfinans and removed the pro licens from it and added pro licens to bf.no.

So there still seem to be issue inbetween where I am not receiving forms to my email [email protected]

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Thank you.

Formidable uses WordPress sendmail to transmit emails. If your emails are not sending, something is wrong with the way WordPress is setup. Spam filters are designed to detect illegitimate email and they use these technologies to filter out spam: SPF: Sender Policy Framework, DKIM: DomainKeys Identified Mail, and DMARC: Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance. These all have corresponding DNS records that must be configured.

This plugin will create a log where you can see if emails are being sent or not: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

If you can't get it working, you may have to use an SMPT client. This plugin will help: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
