Google Analytics on multi part form

When I have a multipart form, say 4 pages, will my GA and GTM see each part of the form as a separate page view or view it as a whole?  Thanks for your help, Kathy

By default separate pages, but with the following, you can customize it how you see fit.

frm_get_paged_fields
