How to call all fields from entry into one

Hi,
For example, when using lookup or dynamic fields i can call fields from another form and show those entries. But i can only show a certain field of that entry not the whole entry all together in the lookup or dynamic. 
 
Is there a way to have the lookup or dynamic fields shows the full entries from another form instead of only seperate fields?

Let me see if I understand what you’re asking. You want to display any entire lookup entry in a single drop-down regardless of the number of fields, is that correct?

I want a way were users can select entries made in another form, and submit that entry with all its details into a new for. So that all that information comes with it with the new user id of the person who selected the entry
