How to include section names in "[default-message]"

I have several form fields broken up into a few different sections. When I use the "[default-message]" option for sending an email notification for submissions, it just lists the individual questions and answers, but doesn't show which section they belong to. Is there any way to do this without manually building an email notification body with all individual fields added? Thanks!
