How to recover lost form actions

After updating some form actions I seem to have lost about a quarter of them.
Curious if anyone else has had this happen, how to avoid it and if it is fixable with server backups.

A full website backup should recover the actions. I have not seen that occur.  What version were you on when you updated?  

I am assuming there is no backed caching going on or any plug-in conflicts you have seen?

Thanks Walter, I am working with formidable support to troubleshoot it. They had not run into this issue before either. There are no backend caching or other plugin conflicts that I know of.

There were also changes to the form settings, front end editing was changed to disabled and some other small adjustments. I'll report back here if I hear from support.
