We have a form where we are posting events. But they tend to build up and we'd like to be able to unpublish events that have passed.
  1. How can we do that?
  2. If we are able to do so, will the api call (get group of api calls - https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/formidable-api/#kb-get-a-group-of-entries) exclude unpublished entries?
Thanks!

I don't know the answer but I would test to see if it includes draft entries. You may be able to set expired entries as drafts or use an expiration date as a filter.

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a filter on the formadable api routes. There's a sort and a search term but that doesn't filter out the results. I'm using a plugin in WP to fetch entries from one site using the FF API but I need to figure out how to drop out the events that have occurred already. There's no publish/unpublish option in FF that I can find for the entries. I can't change them from submitted to draft anywhere that I can find.
