Hi My PayPal works to take the money but I do not see ipn notifications on my log. Some from a year ago are there but nothing new. I want the Paypal to trigger an action. This is preventing us from attending our very first demonstration of this software for our nonprofit at the Atlanta Boat Show. We have missed today. Quick help would be appreciated. I also noticed that when I update Global settings > Paypal I can not save new information.
Honestly, I gave up on PayPal a while ago because it and Formidable don't seem to play well together, so I don't know how much help I'll be. Did you check the Formidable->Global Settings->PayPal screen and verify it's set up to log results and the path is accessible (writable). If so, manually check that log to see if there's something in the log. Also did you contact S11/Formidable support?
It does not seem to be writeable. The log stopped a year ago after my last test. This is the first I have heard about S11/Formidable Can you tell me more about it?
The gloable settings will not save when I check the box for IPN notifications or to change the notificaton page.
Go to your FormidableForms.com account, login and submit a support request. Strategy11 is the name of the company that makes FF.
