How to fill my option values using csv. So not the option names but the extra value field which contains the price? Can i use a code there that grabs the data outof a csv or something?

Option values? For what? What are you trying to do? You can populate forms with csv files, but not fields. Select fields have a bulk edit mode, but it doesn't use csv. See: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/separate-values/.
