Inbox messages keep coming back

I keep getting the inbox messages coming back and the message to create a new form.
I have dismissed but they keep coming back. Can theses be stopped or is it something my side.
It does not effect any thing just annoying to keep getting it every time i want to use forms.

I hide the inbox on my sites with a little CSS: .frm-inbox-widget { display: none; }
