Hi Formidable Community,
I am reaching out to seek assistance with a specific issue we are encountering on our WordPress website using the Formidable Forms plugin.
We have noticed a recurring problem predominantly affecting users with Android mobile devices.
The issue pertains to the display of checkboxes and radio buttons within our forms. When users on these devices attempt to select a checkbox or radio button, the selection is registered, but the visual indication (i.e., the checkmark or selected radio button) does not appear on the screen. This issue seems to be isolated to Android phones, as we have not observed it on other devices or browsers.
Here are some relevant details:
WordPress Version: WordPress 6.4.1
Formidable Forms Plugin Version: Version 6.5.4
Affected Devices: Android g mobile phones
We have already taken steps to ensure that all our plugins, themes, and WordPress itself are updated to their latest versions.
Additionally, we have checked for any potential CSS or JavaScript conflicts that might be causing this issue. Given the technical nature of this problem, we would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve it. Any insights into whether this is a known issue, or suggestions for troubleshooting steps we can take, would be extremely helpful. Thank you for your time and assistance. We look forward to your response.
Best regards, Lucas
I'm going to go with CSS issue. There was at least one other forum post about the same thing. Post a link to your page and someone might be able to look at it, though it is a little different because it's specific to Android.
