likert scale all questions required problem

Hi! 
I added a Likert scale with 35 questions to a WP site.
Mark them as required but when I see it on the web it only requires the first top 10 questions not all of them. 
also the msg of validation appeared only to several rows. 
can you help?

Make sure "Validate this form with javascript" is checked on the form's general settings page.
