Hi,
 
I simply want users to be able to enter into a search form information from our product's serial number to identify when we made it. The info would include: 1. A first digit to identify year, and 2. A second digit to identify month. Is it possible with Formidable Lite? Or which version and features would I need?

You will need at least the "plus" tier to create a form and then a view that can be searched.
