I have added a Checkbox field to enter values for Size and Quantities in a form (in one field only). The options in the Checkbox field are entered as Other so that these can store values (quantities) for each size.
I have created another form where I have created a Lookup field which brings the values from the above checkbox field. However it is only showing the values (quantities) but not the labels (Sizes like S, M, XL). 
I have attached screen shots of the fields in both the forms.
Is there a way to show the check box option labels in the lookup field so that the Sizes and their respective quantities show together?
