I have created a Lookup Field to pull data from a Registration form into another form. When I select "single line text" for Display, it won't show. When I select another style (e.g. radio, dropdown, etc.) it shows. What could be the problem?

User registration or something else your calling registration? What kind of data is the date you're trying to pull in?
