I followed this method for creating cascading fields https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/lookup/#kb-set-up-multiselect-cascading-fields, all my lookup fields contains numbers not the text, except for few fields that works fine.
The form I'm getting data from was created by dynamic fields and these fields are showed as number.

That's correct. Dynamic fields store the entry id of the lookup record. See this: https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/dynamic-vs-lookup-fields/
