When you map a form to mailchimp's merge fields, and the main form uses "NAME" field, you can't map first and last to mailchimp, the dropdowns are "name"... should the main form just use 2 separate fieids "first, last"?

I always create separate First Name and Last Name fields in both MailChimp (MERGE fields) and Formidable - the Name field is a default field in MailChimp. You can always create a hidden field in your form that puts FIrst Name Last Name in it if you want all three fields to be properly filled out.
