I set my forms permission to:
  • Limit form visibility to [Subscriber, Contributor, Author, Editor, Admin] basically every except "Logged in user"
When someone who is not logged in tries to go to the form, correctly it says they need to be logged in, and doesn't show them anything. However, they are still able to see the content of the View listing...shouldnt they be locked out of that as well?

Can you explain, maybe with a screenshot of what you mean "doesn't show them anything" and "still able to see the content of the view listing"?

Form permissions do not coincide with view permissions.

As Booby said, form permissions apply only to the form, not the data it collects. You need to filter your view by user id to make sure data is visible only to logged in users. https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/filtering-entries/#kb-by-user-id
