I have used the calculated fields form plugin for 5 years, but it needs to be updated almost every 3-5 days, It's crazy!
if I install formidable, will the few forms I use in Calculated fields transfer automatically.? do you have a free version?

Doubtful. Not natively. As Victor suggests, email formidable forms officially.
