Hello
When one of our users logs into the WordPress Admin (/wp-admin) they do not have the Formidable menu option there. Its missing. The user is an administrator and our Formidable access settings are set to allow Administrators to use Formidable.
All other administrator users can see and access this menu option.
Can you please let us know how we can restore this menu option for that one user?

This is a tough one to help with without access to the site. Have you tried resetting permalinks or clearing caches? Is the site on a current PHP version? If admin permissions are correct, there could be a plugin conflict or console error that's preventing the menu from displaying. If you can't figure this one out, you may have to hire a developer to take a look at your site.
