Missing trigger actions

I have the highest paid plan but don't have access to all of these triggers. I'm trying to do an action upon import but it's not available. Thoughts?

"Entry is imported", is listed in the dropdown? Am I missing something?

My development environment has 10 triggers in the Send Email action. The 5 you see in the screen shot and 5 additional for Successful Payment, Failed Payment, Canceled Subscription, Subscription Canceled and Expired, and Successful user registration. I don't know why you're not seeing "Entry is imported", but guess it's probably due to something in your environment. Are you on all the latest versions of Formidable Pro and any add-ons you've activated? Are you seeing any jQuery or PHP errors in your browser's inspection tool and server logs? Also, is your Elite license current? If your investigation comes up clean, you'll have to open a ticket with Strategy 11 support through your Formidable User Portal.

Looks like the problem is limited to the "send twilio sms" form action. Is it perhaps not allowed for this action?

You showed us an image of the Send Email action. You never mentioned Twilio. The Twilio docs in the Formidable Knowledgebase clearly show "Entry is imported" is not an option for that add-on. It is not a bug.
