I want the NPS field scale to show only numbers from 1 to 5 - is that possible?

By definition, Net Promoter Score is based on a scale of 0 to 10. You can't modify Formidable's NPS field to deviate from the norm. If you want something different, you'll need to use a radio button field and calculate your own NPS with custom code based on the reduced scale.
