Hi guys, I have an issue with my search form styling. I cannot make any changes - I have set up things as explained in the tutorial for search form styling using the custom options, but it doesn't make any difference to my search form. I have noticed, when trying to change the global form styles, a notice being displayed on top of the page : "One or more of your style settings may contain invalid characters that break form styling."   Could it be linked to my issue with the search form ? I have tried resetting all the styles but I keep getting this message. Could there be an issue with the theme css (Roseta in this case) ?   I cannot give access to the actual form (I am not the main webmaster on this project, just the FF installer !).   I would appreciate any help - thanks !   Sebastien

Style conflicts can come from anywhere, themes, plugins, WordPress itself, caching, etc. You're not going to track down CSS or jQuery errors without granting access to the site. Use your browser's inspection tools to discover what's troubling the system. You may also have to enable WordPress debug.

Victor, thank you for your reply. After searching and trying different things, I found that I could override this problem by using the "search all fields" option as explained on https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/create-custom-search-form/#kb-additional-options It doesn't fix my issue, but sorts of gives me what I need without having to spend too long trying to fix my css conflicts.
