How can I modify the default pagination?  The base option is not easy to click on on a tablet/mobile phone.    How would I

- Enlarge Font Size
- Expand Spacing
- Use an Image Icon for Forward/Backward
- Are there any other options people are using?

An additional question. FF uses a very nice pagination format on their Form Entries page. How can this be used on a tabular output vs. the example shown above?

You need to use CSS to change the visuals.
