Hi all, client is receiving an email from paypal with this message. Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) failed:

https://websitename.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=frm_payments_paypal_ipn

If you don't recognise this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.   Under Formidable>Global Settings>Paypal there is a URL for Log results from IPN notifications but I cannot anywhere find what the correct URL for the ipn should be, or what to do about this. Any ideas? Thanks, John.

You need to fix this in PayPal. https://support.weltpixel.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006119347-How-to-fix-PayPal-Instant-Payment-Notification-IPN-Warning-SOLVED-

Hi Victor, Thank you for the reply. I've followed these instructions and we still receive the same notification. We log into paypal, navigate to the IPN page and copy/paste the above URL into the field, then save and close.

Is there another URL from Formidable that I should be using? Paypal seems to be complaining that this URL/endpoint is invalid.

Thank you,
John.
