Hi there,
I have quite a lengthy, but simple math, budget calculator on my site that for some reason outputs the wrong calculation at the end. I'm sure it's on me but I cannot figure out where I went wrong.
Is there anyone here that is able to take a peek under the hood if I give you my login credentials? I would be super grateful! Also, any idea why the result is showing "|/frm-mat" (screenshot attached)? It does that on multiple calculators.
Thank you so much in advance!
When you see source code in a display like that, it means you have a bug in your formula, or there's a conflict in how the HTML is being rendered on your site. You are right that you need to have someone take a peak under the hood. I don't think you'll find many volunteers willing to take a look for free though. As community volunteers, many of us make at least part of our living from Formidable projects. If you'd like to hire a developer or ask someone to take a look, please visit the Formidable Masterminds Developers Directory, or if you'd like me to take a look, you may book an hour of my time here: https://bookme.name/vfconsulting/lite/60-minute-meeting
Thank you, that's good to know! And gotcha, my apologies I thought this was an official premium plugin support forum.
The only official support is Strategy 11 support. If you have an active license, you open a ticket through your support account for plugin support. They will not help you with custom code. They will direct you here if it has anything to do with custom code.
The only thing anyone of us volunteers is official at is "tryin' to make a living an doin' the best I can".
I will say without hesitation that the developers here that regularly volunteer their time are some of the most knowledgeable and generous you will find anywhere. The Formidable Community is amazing.
I do have an active business license, so I will try going direct. Thank you for taking the time to respond, appreciate you and the community 🙂
