We currently have 20+ shops nationwide, with a single estimate request form on our main site. Currently, we use another contact form that's less than secure, and not capable of doing what we want as we grow, so we need another option.  Formidable forms is now at the top of our list, but I just need to see if it can do what we need before we purchase.   Our dropdown menu allows the user to pick a shop based on the location they prefer. Each shop has a different price point and questions they ask the user.  Some shops prefer to send out their own estimates.   We need something like this:
  • Selecting Dropdown_1 sends confirmation email with estimate (Shop_1_price * length of item) to Shop_1 and Customer upon submit
  • Selecting Dropdown_2 sends confirmation email (no estimate) to Shop_2 (for them to do what they want with it) upon submit
  • Selecting Dropdown_3 sends confirmation email with estimate (Shop_3_price * length of item) to Shop_3 and Customer upon submit
  • Selecting Dropdown_4 sends confirmation email with estimate (Shop_4_price * length of item) to Shop_4 and Customer upon submit
Because many people requesting estimates are "tire-kickers", we do not want the estimate shown on the website unless we can capture all the user info to show shops that we are processing estimates (as per our contract) even if they are no longer receiving email requests. Can Formidable do this? Thank you in advance!
