Problem when i create search form

When i try to save it, i get this result   

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.   What i can do?

It sounds like a server hosting permissions issue, but it could be a plugin or theme. I would revert everything down to it's minimalist (none to little plugins and the default theme) and see where you are then. If you still get the error, then it's likely a server permissions issue.
