What plugin is this? Where did you find the documentation. I don't see anything about a countdown timer in the Formidable Knowledgebase. Is this even a Formidable add-on?

There are many jQuery timers available on the Internet. You can run a timer in an HTML field on a form or in a view. Search for a jQuery timer that appeals to you and follow its implementation directions.
