I have not yet purchased Formidable. I'm trying to determine if it will meet my needs. I was hoping to receive insight from the community before I commit to purchasing the software.
I am working on an assessment that generates a list of 16 different skills categories based on the score of each question. The end result will be 16 different categories that have a score of 3 to 15. The higher the score, the stronger that category is.
With the Outcome Quiz it appears that the top result can be displayed.
However, I need to show the top 3 results, not just the top. Once the user submits the quiz I would like the user to see the results (either on the screen or receive it by email, or both, if possible).
Is this possible using Formidable? If it is possible, how complicated is it to actually achieve this? I need to know if I should use Formidable or look elsewhere.
Thank you for any insight you can provide!
Sounds like you need to create a custom view.
Thank you for your response. I reviewed the articles that I can find on Views. I see that with Views I can list the different form submissions. I can filter down by user and even choose a specific form submission to view. But, what isn't clear is how to list the top 3 scores within the form data itself to display in the view. This is becoming more complicated using Formidable than I had hoped.

The operative word in my reply is “custom”. You are asking for a bespoke solution that requires you to create a custom shortcode to display the data the way you want it displayed.

Thank you for your reply. I've decided to not buy Formidable.
